It looks as though a new Crash Bandicoot announcement is coming very soon. The Crash official Twitter account made an interesting post this week.
The post is about “that feeling you get when you hear there’s a certain party right around the corner” along with an image of Crash Bandicoot with a DJ. The tweet doesn’t give us much but it’s clear confirmation that news is coming.

Various gaming influencers have begun posting images online of them receiving brand new Crash Bandicoot merchandise. This usually only happens for Crash Bandicoot when a new game is about to be announced. It’s suspected that the PlayStation Showcase on Thursday will include the reveal of a brand new game for the series.
Crash Bandicoot N-Sane Trilogy, Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time, Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled are available for Nintendo Switch. It’s unknown what the announcement will be though any new games would also be coming to the Nintendo Switch in the future.
