The Pokémon Company released a strange found-footage video for Pokémon Legends: Arceus which of course, was very bad quality. It followed the classic horror trope of found footage films being extremely poor quality. However, The Pokémon Company has followed this up and released the same clip without all the glitching.
Posting to Twitter, The Pokémon Company thanks “trainers” for their reports about the footage and explains that Professor Oak “was able to restore the video.”
The full video has been uploaded again but has been “restored” back to full quality, giving us a good look at the Pokémon. Both Hisuian Zorua and Zoroark are featured in it, confirming the theories about Hisuian Zorua and Zoroark being the mysterious Pokémon teased in the original distorted version.
Pokémon Legends: Arceus will release on January 28, 2022, and The Pokémon Company has been slowly releasing more information about the game.
