Nintendo France just announced on Twitter that Xenoblade Chronicles 3 will be getting a special showcase later this week in Paris at the Japan Expo 2022.
According to Nintendo France, it will be a “special presentation” that gives us yet another close look at Xenoblade Chronicles 3 ahead of its launch at the end of the month.

The Japan Expo 2022 presentation will include an “in-depth” look at the combat system and “a taste of the vast world” that the game takes place in. A recent 8-minute Japanese trailer for the upcoming new game reveals quite a bit about it. It reveals a skill tree of some kind that will hopefully be included in the upcoming presentation.
We also just learned that Xenoblade Chronicles 3 will include both English and Japanese voice acting at launch. That means there’s no need for additional downloads for audio or subtitles. The English and Japanese Xenoblade trailers both appear to show near-perfect lip-syncing, regardless of which language you choose. (Or are they just saying “watermelon cantaloupe” over and over…?) Either way, considering Xenoblade‘s history of god-awful lip-syncing, getting just a little closer is a welcome improvement.
Xenoblade Chronicles 3 will release on July 29.
