Nintendo has teamed up with Hasbro multiple times in the past to create a whole range of board games for our beloved Mario and friends. Another board game has just been released to modify one almost all of us are familiar with.
The Game of Life: Super Mario Edition is quite literally what it sounds like. Sending players on a trip through the Mushroom Kingdom to defeat Bowser, the Super Mario edition of this classic board game follows the tried-and-true formula of The Game of Life.
The challenges in the game are based on features in the Super Mario games instead of real-life experiences such as paying off medical bills or going to university. It also includes various mini-games with rewards for winning them.
Players need to obtain Stars that are used to improve their Battle-Spin. Spinning higher than a 12 will let you defeat Bowser and win the game.
It’s a simple concept, but it looks like The Game of Life: Super Mario Edition is already going out of stock in some places. The board game is retail priced at $28.49, but scalpers are already reselling it for much more.
