Nintendo rarely releases the soundtracks to their games, but, thankfully, the Pokémon Company does! The official Pokémon Twitter account has announced that the music from the original Pokémon Diamond and Pokémon Pearl games is now available to download. And they’re free.
Posting to Twitter, the official Pokémon account also announced the Pokémon DP Sound Library account, which is where you can find the Diamond and Pearl soundtracks.

Fans of the series can now listen to the music for free and download it for free. In addition to this, the announcement states that the music can be used in “personal video and music creation” projects.
The Pokémon Company has previously made the soundtrack for these Pokémon games available for Japan.
Today’s announcement is nothing new, but it’s nice to see it’s now accessible for everyone. It’s also not a response to Nintendo issues DCMA takedown notices against YouTubers for using their music in videos.
