The January release date for Pokémon Legends: Arceus is coming closer and The Pokémon Company had created a rather mysterious trailer with a spooky vibe to it. It’s definitely unusual for a Pokémon game, though the upcoming game is quite unusual in itself.
The two-minute trailer follows someone recording some first-person footage in the Hisui region where the game is set. According to The Pokémon Company, the clip was found in the Canalave Library by a researcher. From the trailer we can see the person found a wild Pokémon and it seems like they were attacked at the end of the clip. A “cute” Pokémon compared to Growlithe and Vulpix was also mentioned.

It’s hard to see anything with the classic horror potato quality of the found footage. The Pokémon Company has posted to Twitter, asking fans to examine the footage and report their findings.
