Space Invaders Invincible Collection Is Finally Launching Outside Japan

It’s been over a year since the Space Invaders Invincible Collection was released in Japan. It’s finally been announced that the collection will be available for everyone later this month.

For those who don’t know, the Space Invaders Collection was originally sold in Japan with multiple different versions which had a different number of games. The upcoming release will contain all 11 games that were seen in the different Japanese versions.

Here are the games included in the Space Invaders Invincible Collection:

  • Space Invaders (b/w)

  • Space Invaders (color)

  • Space Invaders Part II

  • Majestic Twelve: The Space Invaders Part IV

  • Super Space Invaders ’91

  • Arkanoid vs. Space Invaders (as an additional download)

  • Space Invaders Extreme

  • Space Invaders Gigamax 4 SE

  • Space Cyclone

  • Lunar Rescue

Nintendo already has a page up for the game on their website. Space Invaders Invincible Collection will be available on August 17 on the Switch eShop. According to the official website, the game will cost $59.99 at launch.
