There’s been no news of a new Splatfest yet, but Splatoon fans have a lot to look forward to in December. Nintendo of Europe announced that the first Splatoon 3 Salmon Run event is just around the corner.
Big Run follows the same classic Salmon Run format, except the map is much larger, and it won’t take place on a remote island. It brings the mode to existing Splatoon 3 maps where players will need to fight back the waves of Salmonids. The first stage to be overwhelmed by the Salmonid horde is Wahoo World.
Nintendo confirms the event will take place on December 10-12. This Big Run event is part of the Splatoon 3 Chill Season 2022, which promises a lot of new content and events.
